Premium Ticket Support
For ticket requests, open the Carib Radio app and submit a support ticket from inside the app. Ticket support is available for users with an active subscription.
Ticket requests are submitted inside the mobile app.
Delete Account or Data
You can request deletion of your Carib Radio account and associated account data in two ways.
- In the app: go to Account or Settings and choose Account Deletion or Delete Account.
- On the web: use the public Account Deletion page.

You do not need a subscription to request account deletion. Use the public Account Deletion page or request deletion from inside the Carib Radio app.
